Each boliviano is subdivided into 100 centavos. The Bob is issued and controlled buy the Banco Central de Bolivia with coins issued as 2, 5, 10, 20 and 50 centavos and 1 and 2 bolivianos. Banknotes are valued at 2, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 and 200 bolivianos.
